How much does the experience cost and how do I pay?
A single admission to each room is $30 per player with a minimum group size of 4 to a maximum of 8 guests. You can book your experience online and pay via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.
What are your hours of operation?
Our days of operation are Thursday - Sunday by on-line reservation only. Since all rooms are private and exclusive to your group, we do not have walk-in reservations available at this time. Securing your booking on-line also guarantees you a reservation at a date and time that is convenient for your group.
Will other people be in the room with us?
Each room allows up to 8 players. At this time, we are committed to insuring that only parties booked together for the event are present in the escape game. Therefore, all rooms will be private so you can be assured that if you reserve an escape game with us, it will be exclusive to only you and your group.
What are your sanitation precautions?
Along with full room inspection and reset after each game, we have always followed a strict sanitation process for each of our escape rooms and common areas, which includes: sanitizing surfaces, props and frequently handled objects such as locks, doorknobs and keypads after every use; we also spray rooms and all surfaces with a disinfectant spray. All guests and staff have access to hand washing facilities with soap and paper towels. Additionally, hand sanitizer is always provided for use by our guests and staff.
Am I really going to be “locked” in a room?
Yes and no. You will be in a room with a locked door, but every door is equipped with an exit button. Should you feel the need to leave the room, you are welcome to do so at any time.
How early should I arrive for my game?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your game start time. Games will begin exactly at their start times.
What happens if I am running late?
Customers who arrive after the game starts will not be permitted to enter. We can offer entry into the next available game or we will be able to book for another date/time. Customers should always arrive 15 minutes prior to an experience beginning.
How long is each game?
Each game is designed for an hour of intense fun! Plan to spend about 15 minutes prior to each game preparing and briefing, and about 15 minutes after each game to debrief and take photos.
What should I wear?
Dress comfortably. This is a time sensitive game which will get your adrenaline pumping. Please keep in mind that you will also be playing in an enclosed room with several other guests. You may want to wear lighter clothing or layers that can be removed. Better yet, come in costume and have a theme party!
EscapeQuest is a barefoot-friendly business! If you wish, take the BAREFOOT CHALLENGE and feel free to kick off your shoes and socks while you play, or just arrive barefoot!
How old do I have to be to play?
Our games are designed for ages 14 and up. We do allow younger players, but some of the game content may be too difficult for them. Players that are under 14 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
What happens if we can’t solve any of the puzzles?
During your game, you can ask for hints from the Game Master, so don’t panic if you get stuck!
Can I use my mobile phone to look up answers to puzzles?
Mobile phones are not allowed. Everything that you need to escape will be found in the room itself. We want you to experience the fun of searching, discovering and working together as a team, so put down the phone and have fun!
Can I take pictures inside the room?
Photographs and video recording are not allowed in the rooms. We put a lot of time and effort into the design of our rooms and we don’t want to spoil anything for other players who haven't experienced the room yet. Team photos will be taken in the lobby after your escape.
Can we bring food or drink into the games?
We ask that no food or drink is taken into the game rooms. Alcohol and smoking are strictly prohibited on our premises.
Do you offer refunds?
All of our games are non-refundable. However, you may reschedule your game if you contact us at least 24 hours prior to your game's start time.
Can I give an EscapeQuest experience as a gift?
Definitely! Gift Certificates make a great gift for birthdays, anniversaries, or any other occasion. Gift Certificates can be purchased online as individual tickets or groups. You can then instantly print or e-mail the certificate to be included in a card or gift. The certificate will have a unique promo code so the recipient can easily book online for any scheduled game time. Gift Certificates do not have an expiration date.
When can I schedule an escape game?
Games can be booked online anytime up to an hour before the scheduled game time. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your game's starting time for briefing and to ensure you get the full hour in your room.

EscapeQuest is a host of Live, Interactive, Mystery Escape Room Puzzle Adventure Games designed for small groups of 4 to 8 people.
